A place to learn together
Ask questions, share useful discoveries and welcome learners at every stage. Discuss ideas kindly. Avoid humiliating someone for a mistake or pressuring them to keep studying.
Keep people safe
Accounts are for people aged 13 or older. Do not post harassment, hate, threats, bullying, scams, illegal content, sexual content, encouragement of suicide, self-harm or eating disorders, dangerous challenges or exploitation. Do not share someone’s address, email, phone number, school, location, identity documents or other private information. A public username should not reveal a child’s identity. Do not ask children to move into private contact elsewhere. Moderators can remove individual replies or discussions and restrict participation. Do not repost removed material.
Keep discussions useful
No spam, misleading promotions, impersonation or infringement of other people’s work. Quote only what is needed and credit sources. Post corrections constructively; learning material can contain mistakes and support welcomes specific reports.
Public posts and your choices
Anyone can read community posts, including search engines. Your email and study notes are private. Your username identifies your posts. Deleting your account removes your authored text from the active community, while other people’s replies can remain. Search-engine copies or another person’s quotation may remain outside our control.
Report a problem or appeal a decision
Use the report control on a discussion or email [email protected] with the page link and concern. You may also report without an account. For an appeal, include the moderation decision and why it should be reconsidered. We review reports and appeals according to their risk, may hide content or restrict participation, and explain decisions where possible. Do not repost harmful material as evidence or submit abusive reports. For immediate danger, contact the relevant emergency service; this forum is not an emergency response service.
Parents and guardians can contact support about a child’s privacy or safety. We verify authority proportionately before disclosing private account information. A payment card alone does not establish a right to see someone else’s study data.
